55.1 The Instrument and its Administration
Entrepreneurial Role Stress (ERS) helps entrepreneurs to become aware of various entrepreneurial role stresses and gives them some insights into their patterns. It also surveys the most common role stresses experienced by entrepreneurs in a particular area or type of enterprise.
ERS scale is a self-administered instrument. A respondent reads the statements and checks how much he is bothered by what is stated in the statement. A 5-point scale is used for the responses.
