43.1 The Instrument and its Administration
The sales executive troika contains five sections, representing five important issues that a sales executive has to manage—sales goals, decision-making, anxiety, conflicts and the self. In each section, nine statements are given, and the respondent is required to rank them in order for their accuracy in describing himself.
