37.1 The Instrument and its Administration
TSI-T measures training styles of trainers, a consistent way of interacting with people and situations.
Read the ‘Instructions for Its Administration’, ‘Conceptual Framework’, ‘Scoring’ and ‘Use for HRD’ given in the beginning of Chapter 35.
For a group of 24 trainers, Cronbach alpha was found to be 0.99 whereas for a group of nine administrators, it was found to be 0.93.
The mean and SD of OEQ scores of a group of trainers are given below. These can be used as norms.
