As the sole administrator in an elementary school, my opportunities to collaborate and grow as an instructional leader are limited. Although I do work closely with our staff, families, and students on a daily basis, these interactions do not necessarily provide me with opportunities to dialogue about the challenges, goals, and successes that are specific to being a school principal.
