Moving again to London

Yes, it was hard and lonely to get on with life despite that huge knock. Perhaps life is meant to test you, throwing in your way hard emotional knocks and you just need to spring back like a rubber ball. How else can one cope? My experience is that most people cannot deal with other people's trauma. One's trauma is one's own and should not be mentioned unnecessarily to others. I am reminded of that song by Peter Gabriel, which runs: Don't Give Up. I believe in that.

Having completed my one-year course, I was sad to leave Oxford and my idyllic life in Pollock House.
