This chapter considers examples of questions frequently asked by teachers and TAs working with children on the autism spectrum. The replies given to questions cannot provide a successful outcome for every child, in every situation, and are not provided as definitive answers. However, the replies provided are suggestions for teachers and TAs to try. They are based on approaches that have been used by teachers and which provide some principles of good practice which could be applied when working with other children. The replies aim to share experiences and encourage further reflection on the questions being asked.
