Four themes frame the telling of this research story. The dominant theme is the progression of my research on coworker relationships through several data sources. A second theme highlights some points of connection with feminist thinking. Of my various data sources, some lend themselves to feminist analysis better than others. My intent here is to suggest that feminist thinking need not stop in these latter instances; we still can look at how our data constrain us, and note the questions that might yield a deeper feminist analysis.
