Many eating disorder sufferers feel that they are controlled by a negative internal ‘voice’ which tells them how “wrong” it is to eat. This chapter describes this idea more clearly and shows constructive way to fight this ‘voice’.
Many people with eating disorders feel as though they have a ‘voice’ in their head that controls their thinking.
