This report presents a simple comparative review of governance regimes for institutional investors in the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) area. For purposes of illustration, the results are presented by category of institutional investor, looking first at aspects of their own governance regimes, and then at their conduct of governance activities as investors.
