Submission of Research to a Convention

Conferences and conventions provide scholars, particularly student scholars, with an excellent opportunity to get feedback on research before submitting their manuscripts to journals. Presenting at a convention can help clarify a scholar’s thinking on a topic and can offer scholars the chance to articulate an idea in an environment that is constructive to emerging researchers.
