Drug Interactions and Functional Status in Older Adults

The involvement of pharmacists with lifestyle medicine may, at first impression, seem contradictory. Pharmacists have traditionally focused on the use of medications in the treatment and prevention of disease. However, the pharmacy profession holds preventive care and healthy lifestyle changes as part of its core value system.
